Create the Impossible is an impactful, inspirational event, entirely focused on high school students in the public school system.
With the motto "Words convince, but example inspires" and the goal of being the most inspiring class in the lives of public school students, "Create the Impossible" brings together people with inspiring journeys to, through the narration of these stories, open perspectives and awaken dreams in young students.
More than just inspiration, Create the Impossible is a powerful call to action, encouraging and providing tools for students to get their hands dirty and transform their schools, communities, and lives.

Participating in "Create the Impossible," both the event and the projects, were unique experiences that I want to carry with me for the rest of my life. I learned that regardless of my financial situation and life's adversities, I can go to unimaginable places. The project phase was a sensational stage, where I was able to reframe negative situations I saw and experienced in public school. In this way, I was able to help other students envision a new world, for many an impossible world, in which respect, empathy, and love for others prevailed.

I arrived at the 2018 "Create the Impossible" event feeling a bit discouraged about what my future could be. I had already graduated from a public school a few years prior and was facing the challenges of adult life. The event showed me that it was possible for me to make a difference. I saw people like me, low-income youth and public school students who made a difference. This showed me that it was possible, and it was transformative for me. Since then, I'm sure I've evolved. Ten years in just two, and you all played a big part in that. Thank you.

The first time I went to "Create the Impossible" was in 2018, when I was completely captivated by the stories of overcoming challenges from all the speakers. That's where the first opportunity arose for me, and in 2019 I took the Sebrae's Technical Administration course. In my first "Create the Impossible" experience, I created the impossible, because with my financial conditions it would have been impossible for me to take a technical course, but besides showing me that I was capable, it also gave me the opportunity. And in 2019 I went to "Create the Impossible" again, and that's when "Create the Impossible" showed me that I could dream bigger, and I dream of going to college. In 2020 I had another opportunity, to participate in the "Empower" project of "Create the Impossible," where I was challenged and motivated to create the impossible once again. "Create the Impossible" not only shows us that we are capable and gives us opportunities, it creates dreamers who become achievers.
